Please remove me from this distribution list or make the distribution a weekly list.  FYI.  It is highly probable that you violated the US CAN SPAM Act but putting people on this distribution list without asking.  The violation is $10,000 per occurance.  You also didn't implement a process for allowing people to opt out of the list.  I am positive that the USCG Legal and DOT's Information Security Deaprtment would have several compliance questions to ask you before implementing this distribution list.   Please fix the list and notify me of the opt out options.  Thanks.
