[Fso-mt] Two questions

1.  What is the address to be used if questions about MT arise?  This address or another?

2.  Situation:  FSO-MT has mailed a completed New Member packet for a prospective member to DirAux two days ago.  The Flotilla is starting their Crewmember training sequence in three days. Can an FSO-MT contact someone in DirAux office (like New Member processer) to learn of the new member's membership number so as to permit the new member to participate in the training even though his application has not been completly processed? [I would think the process would have to be completed (the Director signing the application form) before a membership number could be assigned.]
